DESCRIPTION: 4. Meandering path: This one hundred fifty foot long path was built using three tons of broken flag stone. Its foundation is four inches of modified, crushed, stone, pressure tamped for stability. Each stone is carefully puzzled in, producing a natural and strikingly beautiful appearance. Border beds of hosta, ferns, or any flower suitable for season and climate provide visual contrast for the stones. This path is bordered with variegated hosta.
